The Team Building Activities of A&S Power Technology Co., Ltd. in 2024

In the dynamic world of today's workplace, fostering strong teamwork is not just beneficial but essential for success. At Shenzhen A&S Power 

Technology Co., Ltd, we recognize the importance of collaboration, communication, and camaraderie among our teams. So we decided to 

have this exciting but interesting two days and one night trip to Qingyuan Guangdong Province on June 28.

The Experience

Our two-day retreat was filled with a diverse range of activities aimed at challenging our teamwork skills and strengthening our bonds.

Day One:Gulong Gorge Raceway Drifting and Villa Barbecue Entertainment

Early in the morning, we were ready to gather downstairs in the company and take a self-driving trip in the face of rising sun. With excitement 

and joy, we started this group trip. We studied the route together on the way to Qingyuan, studied the scenic spots together, communicated 

with each other, and discussed the anecdotes along the way and the pleasures at work.

After lunch, our team arrived at the famous Gulong Gorge circuit with great interest, ready for a thrilling drifting experience. The steep rock 

walls standing on both sides of the canyon make people shine, while the rushing river shines with crystal clear waves in the sun. We put on 

professional drifting equipment and are ready to meet the challenge. Divided into several teams, each team is equipped with a strong 

whitewater speedboat.

In this tense and exciting process, the cooperation and cooperation of the team have been greatly exercised. The water flow between rock 

walls is unpredictable, which requires us to make decisions and react quickly to avoid potential risks and obstacles. Deep in the canyon, 

we face a series of challenges that require perfect teamwork. From jointly pushing the boat to reasonable division of labor, everyone played 

their best skills to ensure that we passed every checkpoint safely and smoothly. We took a group photo together at the end of the drifting 

track. We all showed happy faces in front of the camera. For every member of the A&S Power team, this drifting experience is precious 

and unique.

At late night, we teamed up together and prepared a variety of ingredients and seasonings, from fresh vegetables to all kinds of meat. 

Everyone actively participated in the preparation and treatment of barbecue ingredients. In the spacious outdoor barbecue area, we lit 

a bonfire, set up the grill and started a cheerful barbecue. Everyone shows their abilities, some are responsible for kebabs, some are 

responsible for baking vegetables, and they are busy but full of fun around the grill. While waiting for the food to be cooked, we sat 

around the outdoor dining area, enjoying the fragrant barbecue and fresh cold dishes. The dining table was full of laughter, and everyone 

enjoyed the wonderful dinner.

Day Two:The Mountain Racing, Field Fighting and Cruise Sightseeing

Mountain off-road vehicle tour (about 20 minutes):

Under the guidance of professional instructors, we put on safety equipment and received brief instructions on vehicle operation. 

Driving a powerful mountain off-road vehicle, we walked along the rugged mountain road to overcome various obstacles and 

challenges. Everyone has personally experienced the balance between speed and control and the importance of teamwork under 

extreme conditions.

Live CS battle (about 30 minutes):

We are divided into two opposing teams, equipped with simulated guns and tactical equipment, ready to meet the combat challenge. 

In the complex battlefield layout, we must quickly formulate tactics and strategies to achieve battlefield control and team victory. 

Everyone's role positioning and cooperation have been vividly reflected in the game.

After that, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and ate on the Xiaobeijiang cruise ship. After lunch, we drove home. We cherish this 

opportunity to strengthen our emotional ties, and look forward to working together more harmoniously and tacitly in the future.
